where can i get a ECU fixed for 1997 Renault Laguna?

The ECU on my 1997 Renault Laguna needs to be replaced---i live in Dublin Ireland and wanted to find out is there any company that re conditions the original unit and how much would it cost and how long would it take to get fixed?
