both the green and red lights are on continuously but the printer will not print. I have changed both the inks.what can i do?

Remember Epson have built a counter program into all their printers.This can be downloaded free on ssc utility.Your printer may have gone over that limit and has cut off.Download the program and reset the counter and see what happens then.
