My car's only 3 months old.
I got a nail in the wall of the tyre so needed a new one. The price shocked me, £120, so can I just get steel wheels and cheaper tyres and sell the 7 spoke alloys?

Thank you. Yes 17" but I got a deal on the car and only bought it cause I could have it right away instead of ordering and waiting.
Maybe I don't appreciate the nuances of sporty models!
Fingers crossed no punctures soon but I have done some research on line for prices just in case

I take it you have the 17" alloys fitted with 205/45 profile tyres.. stay with the standard kit and shop around for tyres. There are performance car tyre specialists cheaper than high street tyre shops and main dealerships, which order in specialised tyres. Why compromise? you spent the extra and bought a top spec model.
