my almera engine,when just started sounds like a train (chug,chug)for about 5/10mins would like to know cause and how to fix it .sounds like its coming from belt area
nissan almera starting making noise like its roaring/rumbling and its usually when I'm doing 40-60 mph. It is quite loud and after some time everything is normal. I usually observe this on long distance drives. Mine is a 51reg

Almeras have a reputation for stretched timing chains. The cure is replacement which is not cheap.
