my fiesta's brakes are getting hot and are grabbing once warm?

how do i go about fixing my brakes, i think the pads are rubbing on the discs once hot but do not understand why or how to fix it. it is ruining my fuel ecconomy and my motorway speed. help!

It's probably the caliper sticking.
The first thing to do would be to disconnect the caliper and free up the moving pins with some copper grease, then add a spot of copper grease on the pads where they touch the caliper.. Also check the pads for wear and change if nessasary. If this doesn't work then there are other things to check.Good luck
