how can i fix my fiat bravo 1.8 hlx?

the fan on the radiator does not come on and so over heats, wheres the thermostat ?

check the thermo switch is ok you can test the fan by taking the plug off the switch and putting a jumper wire across the terminals in the plug. if the fan works replace the switch if it doesn't replace the fan
