renault clio 1998 heater not working?

renault clio 1998 heater not working. have replaced the heater switches as i was told that it was the switch, but still nothing, all fuses in fuse box seem ok although i cant see which is for the heater fan. can anyone tell me where the fuse is and is it located in the fuse box or else where, also any other things to check ? many thanks

It will be a green 30 amp fuse in the main interior fuse box.

If after replacing the switch the fan motor for the heater refuses to work then i would safely say the motor has burnt out. Remove the dash etc and try to spin it with your fingers while connected and switched on. Or better still disconnect it from the lume and put some wires from the battery on the terminals and see if it works then, if not then its completely f***ed, and while the dash is out you can go to the scrappy and do the whole process again but being less careful as it wont be your car so you can bust up things to get the motor out.
I would simply put the car in the autotrader and when being test driven by somebody who wants to maybe buy it - and if they touch the heater switch to test- play a dictafone recording of a working fan from a friends car or practice with your mouth until that such time happens.
And make sure you wear glasses and a hat and sell the car from another street .They wont come back anyway. I think....
