If you've already tried to install the Printer, go into Control Panel/Add Remove Programs and make sure the software is totally un-installed from the computer and un-plug your Printer from the computer then Reboot your computer.
NEVER plug your Printer into the computer until you have installed the Printer software FIRST.
During the installation of the Printer software WAIT until it asks you to plug-in your Printer to finalise installation.
Your Printer should now work.
