my troy-built weed eater has only been used once?

I was able to start it the first time I used it but it quit working half way through the project. I have not been able to keep it running since. Now I can't even get it to start. It sounds like it is not getting any gas but adjusting the adjustment screw doesn't seem to make any difference. Any suggestions?

If its a troy built it is junk in my opinion.
In the past two years I have had two troy built weed eaters. The first one froze up, and I replaced it with another troy built presuming I just got a lemon. The second one is sitting on my work bench in parts while I try to get to the pull cord spool as the cord broke after the third pull. (second use).
Plus the shrub cutting attatchment we purchased for it was toast after one use thanks to poor quality bearings.
I will never waste another penny on a troy built product.

if its a troybuilt its a good product. if you bought from a dealer. you should bring it back and they should show you how to operate it properly or fix the problem for free
