the on and off button on my henry hoover won't go down which means i cant use it have you any idea how this can be fixed as i really need to use it i have a very large family thanks

search "Henry switch" on Google - e-bay have one in the UK for £4.90

In the mean time while you wait have a competent person hard-wire the cleaner to be permanently on and use the plug/wall switch as an on/off mechanism.
