How do I reset the timer on an electric oven?

The power was turned off on my electric oven and now the oven does not work. I need to know what to do to fix the problem. it just flashes 000

Depends on the make of oven and the clock/timer.

On my oven with five buttons under the timer I press both 2nd and 3rd button from left at same time and use Plus and Minus (buttons 4 &5) to set the time. Oven works after this.
