Think ole Ahmed's trying to put a jihad on your machine there...Dont pull off your water pipe!!
Machine is in demo mode - used by salesmen to demonstrate the machine in the showroom. You need to take it out of demo mode. There are various methods depending on the model.
Try these steps:
Press start/cancel until all leds light, press start/cancel and on/off together till "dOFF" is displayed. or,
Press cancel button or,
Press both start/cancel and on/off together along with the top left option button until "dOFF" is displayed.

hi H20 is a water problem. You will find if you pull the inlet hose really hard it will come off. Thats right just pull it. It wont leak as it opperates on a non return valve system. Next try the machine with no water the machine should reset and the H20 will go. After the valve has been activated by the pulling and you will be able to opperate the machine fine after refitting a new hose.
