PARTS FOR SIEMENS KETTLE TW91100GB/01 FD 8210 TYPE WK3?

I've had the Siemens TW91100 kettle for several years and enjoyed good service. The spring electrical contacts in the base have now failed. It's an esay job to replace them as the contact block is easily removed.

Can anyone advise me of a supplier of these parts to the United Kingdom? Thank you

I had the same problem. I took the base apart and noticed that the upper-part had a small piece of broken plastic so that the contact wasn't being held firmly in place.
From http://www.siemens-home.co.uk/replacement-spare-parts.html, I entered the E-Nr number (TW91100GB/01) and ordered a new "Contact" (Part# 167985) and a new "Case-upper part" (Part#269647).
The total came to £5.65 inc. P&P.

Hi,
I have the same kettle and the red click/on button is
not making good contact and is working less and less
unless I give it a good shake.
Is there someone out there that can fix it for me.

Hi, funnily enough I have got exactly the same problem with the same kettle. I've just bought the parts from Siemens website, there is a link to find the parts you need, the site is not the best but eventually I found the parts I needed. Overall cost less than £ 10. I think the block is £ 2.90 plus P&P
