How do i remove an old integrated dishwasher?

I'm trying to take out an old Siemens integrated dishwasher but it won't budge. It must be fixed at some point but how do i get to those fixings. It's under a kitchen work surface which I can't remove.

Try this,Take the plinth at the bottom of your cupboards undo the 4 legs of the dishwasher with a big spanner so the dishwasher drops, also there maybe a top fixing? open the door and look up under the work top. drop the machine then slid out
