While trying to replace ceramic tiles in my bathroom shower, I found cracks in the cement foundation in one area of the shower and when the remaining tiles were removed there was a hole. How can I fix the shower floor so I can replace the tiles?

if its a small hole fill with cement, if its a big hole use concrete.
