Triton T80Si - Cutting out?

The shower cuts out a second after being switched on and trips the main switch on the consumer board, throwing the entire house into darkness. I've now isolated the the shower supply by turning it off on the consumer board. Any thoughts as to the cause? It doesn't help to reduce the temperature on the shower unit.

Andy,
I found that replacing the pull-cord switch worked for me (the contacts just wear out after all that switching on and off), and it's not a very expensive or difficult job, just remmber to keep chekcing that you have the power off at the CU each time you unscrew the cover! Good luck.
