what could cause my vauxhall corsa wiper spray to not work?

What coulf cause my vauxhall corsa wiper spray to not work, tank full of water and does not seem to be a problem on the pipe

strange but true - had a similar problem and found it to be algae in the water bottle - you have to take the water bottle out - this involves removing the wiper blades and the plastic leaf guard from the front of the car. disconnect the electrics from the pump and take out the tank. pull out the pump - if the water starts porring out - then its the pump or switch at fault - if not you need to prise out the black plastic filter where the pump plugs in - you may find this full of algae slime - clean it and it should work

OK diagnosis time,
when you attempt to spray, can you hear the washer bottle pump work? If yes, then check to make sure the washer jets are clear and that the syphon filter is not gunked up with sludge from the washer bottle additives that have been added over the years. If you don't hear the pump operate then it's either the pump is faulty or an electrical problem.
