Hide in the bushes at night time and you will catch the culprit.
Make sure you have re-inflated them first and show off this fact by driving up and and down the road sounding your horn occasionally so the culprit will see you are once again getting enjoyment from your inflated tyres.
If you recognise the culprit you could either do one of the following:
*Jump out from bushes and shout "RAAAAAAAA" so that the little punk does a wee in his pants
*Go out and night to where he lives (or she) and deflate their tyres
*Beat up the culprit severely and throw culprit in a rubbish bin
* Politely tell the culprit "Excuse me, please do not deflate my tyres anymore.
