How can I obtain greater water pressure for my shower?

I live in an apartment and have very weak water pressure. I am not able to rip the walls out to get to any of the piping and am not sure what options I have to create more water pressure. Is there any attachments I can buy or anything else that I am not thinking about to fix this problem? I currently own a shower head with hose and have even tried a cheapo faucet head with no hose. I do has access to the water heater, that's about it.

Water pump is likely needed as I have the same problem before.

have you by chance removed the water restrictor from your shower head? its used to conserve water, but with low pressure problems, its the easiest way to get more water in a shower. remove the shower head and remove the restrictor.
it should be made of plastic just inside the head after its removed. good luck!
