the engineer code is locked.the installation company will not give me the code.i object to paying a charge to texecom for an override code, i may as well put the money towards a new panel which i am more than capable of fitting and have full user rights so i can adapt the system to how i want it. Does anyone have the override code and feel that they can share it
Unfortunately , the only way to reset the code when its locked is to send it back to the manufactures at a cost! (texe.com)
It's probably cheaper to buy a new panel £35 ish
