So far so good.......can you believe it we got both the time and date. Yippeeeee......now for the tax. Yes we tax everything

OK.
I think this should set the rate:

Key to P mode,
1
RA
6.000
TAX

Now you must set your departments as all taxable.

Key to P mode,
SUBTOTAL
71
Now press the first item button in the group of buttons to the right of the numeric pad. This will set it as a taxable dept. You will now need to do this for all other depts that you will use, so SUBTOTAL 71 DEPT2 SUBTOTAL 71 DEPT3 and so on.
I think on this model, you have to press CASH/TEND at the end of programming, so make sure you do that.

Then turn back to REG mode, and try it.
