How can I fix my Bosch KGN33V00GB/01 Frig freezer?
The refrigerator section is not cooling. The current temperature is 18C. I have no problem with freezer section. Thanks in anticipation for any answers.

I employed an engineer to repair the refrigerator.

The cable had not been plugged in behind the freezer fan unit, located in the freezer unit. The freezer unit has to be removed to access the plug socket.

The fridge freezer is working perfectly now.
