Fridge has stopped working?

My fridge has stopped cooling but the freezer is still working. I have gone through my troubleshooter guide but nothing has worked. It is a Servis Frost free fridge/freezer but I don't know the model details.

manually defrost with doors open for 24hrs and then switch it back on and see if it works.if it does i would think you have an auto defrost problem
