i have a flavel finesse 100 and the oven thermostat and thermic cut out need replacing but i have no idea how to find the part numbers to order them in for my repair man ? he said something about the temostat for tho oven being a 1 shot thermstat ???? ..

Your repair man should know what to do if he is Corgi Regd.He shouldnt be touching it if he isnt.
