gas oven wont stay lit when dial is released beko?

we have a 3 year old beko dvg 695 gas cooker when lighting the oven you have to hold the dial for 15 seconds for the gas to stay lit but now it just switches off could anyone help to tell me which spare part i need to remedy the problem there is a censor which is positioned over the jets
