allen key fits into one of the pistons ,press piston in whilst turning allen key clockwise to engage mechanism to enable it to be wound back. think its an 8mm allen key, you will have to shorten it to allow it to fit in piston. [make sure when turning that only middle part of piston turns-if not it will be siezed]
