My compact flash is showing CF Error on my camera?

I took some family vacation pictures today on my CF card and towards the end it showed CF Error. I can view the photos on my view screen on my computer, but when I plug my camera up to my computer it says the files are corrupted and when I insert the CF card into a card reader, it says the card is corrupted. How do I get my photos off the card?
