can't make it sew?

I have just bought a huskystar e 10, i think i have threaded it all properley but It is not sewing any stitches. Any idea what i may have done ?

Hello. Ayshea,
Make sure you have the needle in the correct way round, if it does not pick up stitches it may need retiming, if it is in warranty get it back to the supplier.
