hi i have a Creda T622CW that will not heat up any advice please?

i have the above that will not heat up it is not very old and i have recently moved home, in the process it did get a small knock on the back that moved the back plate onto the wheel that stopped that from turning so the drum would not turn could this have burnt something out??

The knock could have damaged a relay or the heating element for the tumble dryer. Best thing to do is try and check all the relays to check they still work (using a multimeter), and of course check for any damaged or disconnected wires.
Also, please unplug it if reconnecting wires, though it will need to be plugged in to check it with a multimeter!

Hope this helps!
