My Dirt Devil makes a loud noise and powers off after a few minutes. I've checked the bag and all places that I can see on the vacuum that could be clogged. I've replaced the belt and still have the same problem. I've tried taking the vacuum apart and I can't get any further than the base. Once i get to the motor I can't figure out how to remove the shell to see inside. Your help would be much appreciated.
