Creda Europa Solarplus double oven fumes?

Each time we roast a joint of meat in our Creda Europa Solarplus oven, it fills the kitchen with cooking fumes. Any ideas what's causing this and what's the solution? EG Is this a door seal problem and if so, where can we get a new seal?
