I have an Model Number CW9003W approx. 12 years old and is doing exactly the same as your description , only that the pump is not the problem , it is the part which is known as the ''Flinger" which is glued with a special Glue by 3M to the outer tub where the transmission meets the Bell, it has a Rubberized seal which is basically spring loaded, the copper ring that is on the flinger meets another flinger like from the stainless steel inner tub which has a similar rubber seal, these two come into contact obtaining a water tight seal. but the pump doesn't seem to be the problem , it is the spring corrosion that is cause of this problem. There really isn't anything difficult about this machine, it is a piece of cake, however I just have difficulty obtaining parts for it, I live in Mississauga , Ontario. Canada. Any leads where I may obtain parts?

Mine is too, I took off the front cover and filled the washer. The leak appears to be coming from the shaft of the pump at the bottom of the machine. It is slowly leaking out when the tub is full. I have been able to find the pump online at various locations for anywhere from $27 to $35. A guide I ran across says replacement is of "average" difficulty. I have not yet decided to try it myself. I think I can do it, but the time and effort dedicated to the project may be more than the cost of having a professional do it. Good luck.
