is it easy to do the cambelt on a seat rosa 1.0?

I'm thinking of swopping the cambelt on my seat arosa - do anyone have any guides on how to do it?

best leave it to a mechanic as if you get it wrong it will cost you loads of money. look for small time garage as there labour rate will be cheaper as money dont grow on trees.
