Anti-virus and anti-spyware can't fix it, its windows vista and it won't let me go back to the best restore point.

Computer is functioning decently, anti-virus can't find any new virus' but there is some things opening on start up that I think is the problem.

Its a Sony Vaio VGN-NR110E.

What do I do to fix it???

A Virus effected my graphics ?

The virus won't affect your graphics card. If you did not make a restore point you will not be able to go back to it. Do you have an Administrator account so you can use system restore etc. have a look at your account in control panel.
What Anti Virus Anti Spyware are you using ?
