but why does it keep doing it?

so I've solved this F1 problem maybe 5 times over the past year with the "dry the bottom tray" solution and it works every time. Problem is it keeps happening. We don't use too much soap (that causes it to foam over and get down to the bottom tray.) The drain and air vent seem to be by design and clear, so why does it keep getting so much water?

What model are you talking about. If it is a dishdrawer, you first need to know which one is leaking. Dry the tray, run only top drawer for a day or two. If tray stays dry then run only bottom drawer. When you know which one is leaking, check lid seal. Check surface of tub where seal pulls down onto it should be clean & smooth. Check under drawer for any sign of leak. Once you locate the source of the leak then you can repair that part.
