k800i not recognised by pc?

Hi all,
I have a K800i and for some reason my pc no longer picks up my phone. Has anyone has this same problem and does anyone know how i can remedy this please?

When you connect hold down the C key (clear) on your phone & all should be ok.

If it still doesn't find it clean the bottom connectors on your phone as dust & dirty can stop it finding the phone.

If that fails...then plug your phone into a different USB port & it should be ok.
