What is the easyest way to change a gearbox on a mondeo TD?

Due to a cluch cable problem I have no 1st and 2end.
I have got a gearbox to go in my ford mondeo TD but I need to know What is the easy'st,quick'st and cheepest way to replace it????
I also need to change the cluch so I will do it all in one go.

Hi the easiest way is to drop the sub-frame off the bottom of the car,then removing the gearbox from underneath.
You will need to support the engine using metal bars across the inner wings and chains on the 2 lifting eyes on the front and back of the engine.
