rear door jammed ?

hi i hae a 1999 renault scenic and the rear passenger door is jammed shut the central locking opens the lock but the handles wont open the door. all the rods are conected. any solutions on how i can open the door to change the lock/

i had the same prob all i done was pressed the key fobe a few times the it opened then i sprayed the wonder stuff w D 40 had no probs since
