heater fan not working at all?

on my mercedes my heater fan is not working at all. and the windscreen keeps on steaming up. can anyone help me cheers

i had the same problem on my c180. reach under dash on passenger side and wiggle the wires with the heater on full. if motor starts working it is loose wire on motor(common fault.) hope this helps

Change the fuse it may have blown.Look in your handbook for the fuse relevant to the heater.
