faulty burner on freestanding Parkinson Cowan main oven?

The burner on the main oven won't adjust from full power so the oven is unusable for most things. What can I do?

If its staying on full power the thermostat has probably gone.Just make sure that you havent knocked the thermostat phial out of its cradle.It is located in a clip either at the front or back at high level in the oven.
