How do I get the filter out of my hoover washing machine?

i have done it now thankyou but the superwash light keeps flashing and the machine will not do a whole cycle or spin or drain i have unblocked filter so if you have any i ideas i would be really grateful

Whe you say you cannot remove it have you actually undone it and it still will not move??
