My laptop has been working fine, but all of a sudden when i try to restart it, it goes to the boot up menu, blue screen of death..and just cant seem to go to windows. My cat accidentaly knocked it off the table so im assuming it has something to do with that, but how do i fix it?!?!?! PLEASE HELP since i have important work information located on the hard drive that i need to use....

Nadia I usually associate blue screen with software but as you said you cat knocked it. Did it start up for a while after this or did it go wrong immediately after that?. when you get the boot screen go into safe mode from there go into windows system restore and run that.
