my citreon saxo 1.1 eastcoast keeps reving when im driving, sometimes its a long rev and other times it will rev and stop rev and stop, my foot is not on the acelerator, it seems to have a mind of its own! one time it cut out compeltely and was fine again, please help! tnx

Nothing to do with the clutch i.m.o.
Are you using supermarket petrol? If so try using decent petrol like Texaco, Shell, BP , Total.
If a couple of tankfuls of decent fuel doesn't help seek professional advice from a garage.
