renault megane 2004 1.9DCI?

no fuel at high pressure pump at engine, and no power at low pressure pump in tank any answers as to what could be problem please. is there any common faults that occur!

check the fuel pump relay in the engine bay also check the low pressure electric connector situated under the drivers side floorpan next to chassis rail
