Hi. this is the standard Samsung error message when you have either run out of paper in one side of the printer, or the printer cannot run. Make sure you have plenty of paper and the roll is sitting down in the holder. Then make sure there are no paper jams or foreign objects in the printer.
Set key to REG mode, turn power off at wall then back on. If the problem returns then there is still something wrong with the printer.
