the drain pump could be blocked? remove the filters and as you look in the sump of the dishwasher on the left hand side you will see a cover will a screw in it, that is the drain pump cover, remove the screw and the cover you can now see the pump impellor, spin the impellor a few times
( to release any restriciton to the pump), replace the cover and screw then test and hope for the best.
