window washer on driver side is blocked on my clio 03?

The window washer on the driver side of my renault clio 1.6v '03 is blocked ,can't get to the pipes to check as they are all incased-any help would be greatly received.

Its more than likely just to be the jet, just push a small needle down the jet from the outside and it should clear any dried up residue.
