Please can you give me instructions on how to remove and replace the element on a Diplomat APL 5706 Cooker. I have removed the rear plate to expose the element and fan, but i cant release the existing element to release it.

Hi Steve, look at where the earth wire goes to the element.This has a nut on it take the nut off.Go inside the oven cavity from the front and take off the lower screw and then the screw in the middle of the upper bracket.The element will then drop out.All the best.
