Sadly, I know of no way to repair or fix corrupted files on the memory cards. Simply put, you should delete the file and start over on the game. I am sorry this doesn't help your case. It is frustrating when you have put many countless hours into a game only to have someone interrupt the saving process by shutting it off before it is done or by removing the memory card.
