HOTPOINT BF1620 DISHWASHER?

THE WATER IS NOT HEATING UP AND ONLY THE FORTH "ECO LIGHT" FLASHES AFTER THE CYCLE END AND WILL NOT CLEAR UNTIL THE MACHINE IS SWITCHED OFF. THE HEATING ELEMENT MEASURES 26 OHMES AND SO APPEARS OK. ANY IDEAS????
